The Crossroads of the West Council is a mosaic of nine geographical districts, each contributing its unique flair. Among them, the Old Ephraim Chapter shines, dedicated to serving Arrowmen across the picturesque landscapes of Box Elder, Cache, Rich, Franklin, and Bear Lake counties.
