Section G12S Conclave

Section Conclave is the premier annual gathering of Arrowmen from across Utah (including parts of Idaho and Wyoming) and Colorado. This exciting weekend event brings together members from multiple lodges for a powerful experience filled with fellowship, fun, and meaningful opportunities to grow as leaders and Scouts.

The program ensures a relevant, action-packed, and memorable experience designed with Arrowmen in mind. From engaging training sessions to spirited competitions, outdoor adventures, and meaningful ceremonies, Conclave is a chance to strengthen the bonds of brotherhood and bring renewed energy to your lodge and chapter.

Participants will return home with:

  • A deeper commitment to the ideals of the Scout Oath, Scout Law, and OA Obligation.

  • New friendships with Arrowmen across the Section.

  • Practical leadership skills and resources to improve chapter and lodge operations.

  • Fresh ideas and enthusiasm to enhance local programs.

  • McNeil Scout Ranch at Peaceful Valley, Elbert, CO - April 10–12, 2026
  • Youth & Adult Registration – TBA per person.  ($5 Discount through 3/31/2026)
  • The fee will include meals, activities, and event materials. Lodging will be provided in campsites at McNeil Scout Ranch.
Health Form  Parts A and B are required for all Order of the Arrow participants at Section Conclave.
